Charter.net and reverse DNS

I’m seeing a bunch of these error messages, this error comes when sending out messages to your domain,

torpedo.mail-list.com: 50.18.127.145: 2015-02-24 10:04:42 1YQCLb-00012r-3W ** cathaven@charter.net F=secretsoflife-admin@cirrus.mail-list.com R=dkim_eal T=dkim_eal_smtp: SMTP error from remote mail server after initial connection: host mx1.charter.net [68.114.188.69]: 554 impin006 charter.net The sending IP 50.18.127.145 does not have a valid rDNS

When I use DNSStuff, our PTR records look good to me, maybe there is a problem at your end?
